borderless now has a mountaintop homestead and retreat center in The Catskill Mountains of New York where we host global fellows, performances, concerts, screenings and workshops - from think tanks to educational programs for local schools. On 50 beautiful acres in the heart of the Catskills highest peaks, the borderless homestead includes a 7 bedroom 1800’s farmhouse and mortise and tenon barn (to be renovated into a premiere event venue), and a guest retreat house, The Borderless Mountaintop Chalet.

The borderless Mountaintop Chalet is available for short term rentals to the general public, with proceeds supporting borderless’ work lifting the voices of people across the planet making a better world. The chalet offers unmatched beauty, proximity & privacy with breathtaking views and peaceful trails on 50 acres which are home to the largest Oak tree in the Catskills.The chalet and homestead are equidistant from some of the most beloved towns - Roxbury, Margaretville, and Fleischmanns, and look out on both Belleayre Ski Resort (9mins by car) to the front, and Plattekill Mountain (12 mins to the rear). The retreat house convenient to the best hikes, food, and wedding venues the Catskills have to offer - the Menla Retreat and Dewa Spa (20mins), Full Moon Resort 20mins), Frost Valley Camp (30mins), Hanah Golf Course (7mins), Bovina, Andes.
